- Track 1: Polestar ✦
Polestar builds excellence in execution of the Induction, helping lodge leaders to improve membership activation and retention. Polestar should be experienced by all youth and adults who lead the essential activities of the OA locally–as well as any members who wish to learn more about how (and why) the OA functions. Polestar is perfect for those involved in any part of the Inductions process, from Elections to Brotherhood conversion. - Track 2: Lodge Executive Committee
The LEC track is geared towards LEC members, adviser, and adults. The main focus will be on the lodge showcase in which each lodge will have the opportunity to present what makes them a great lodge, to show off how they function. There will also be a demonstration of the new OA Member app, as well as learning when to ask for help. - Track 3: Youth Members
The Youth Member track is aimed at those under 18 years old. You’ll learn the difference between leading versus serving, how to perform effectively in your role, and juggling all of the responsibilities as a young leader. - Track 4: Adult Members
The Adult Member track is tailored for those members 18 and over. Sessions include modern advising, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and keeping new, young adults involved.
